What does this mean?
We at Wasilewski Chiropractic have a willingness to serve our community. We have an area of expertise and professional skill that will provide support for patients and their families.
We will be providing massages to families of those patients now in hospice. This provides our mission to "provide care and comfort to help patients and families live better at end of life." There is no charge for our services. We are honored to give back and help those at this tender time.

Al Reisz and his entire family lost their home and all it's contents to Hurricane Katrina: They received a 2300.00 check from FEMA. They were then  relocated to Houston Texas. This past weekend they lost their roof, and home contents to IKE. Al is a brother of one of our great patients.   PLEASE PLEASE donate to this family. Any amount will help. Send it to:

Preventing Overuse Injury

All sport fans read about their favorite athletes getting injured. Every team has a list of players on the "disabled list"
In my opinion, stretching must be combined with general fitness. Research suggest over-stretching beyond ROM, (Range of motion) may cause injury or at least an exacerbation of one.
A warm-up and stretching protocol should be implanted prior to physical activity. The routine should allow the stretching protocol to occur within 15 minutes prior to sports activity. This will insure the most benefit.
We have found that nodules, which are palpated by the Doctor and Therapist are fascial restrictions that will affect total functioning. With this in mind, our sports physiologist and massage therapist will establish a program designed for your needs.
